    Have had this item for a month now; it is a very durable condo/toy for our kitten. She plays with it daily and it has with stood many a fierce clawing session! I highly reccomend this for any kitten and as a bonus, it is made in AMERICA.

    I wonder why this Cat Craft item does not show up when you search for it by name.

    Anywho, this is a great deal. You get a lot of neat toys. Mine did not come with the little mice, but instead with feathers and little catnip pouches that are attached. Cat loves it. He is a little kitten though, so I don’t know if it will hold up well when it is big. So far so good though. Instead of the one story condo, get this for only five bucks more. Plus you get a larger platform on top.

    Due to this stand’s tall top and small base it is fine for a small kitten but when my full grown cat would play with the attached toys it would fall over on him.

    Also the instability of the condo made relaxing on the top an iffy situation.

    My 4 mos. kitten, Crash, loves this! Before I could even finish putting it together (just 2 screws), she was already attacking the dangling mice and hopping in and out of the cave… The quality of the unit seems pretty good – very stable and the carpet has only shed a very small amount. The carpet is lighter than the stock photo – more of a light tan color – but it is well stapled and the rope post is also holding up well to lots of clawing.

    The extra toys are also a hit and really add to the value. My catnip roller is not carpet like in the main photo, it is sisal rope and feathers like in the user photos, but this is even better for Crash when she’s attacking it and giving it the backfeet kitty-kicks! Overall, We are both really happy with this little condo package!!

    This kitty condo is perfect for me and my kitties! I was looking for something fun for the cats, but small so that the cat stuff didn’t take over this human home. This is perfect. It fits in a corner out of easy sight, and is just high enough for the cats to sit and look out the window. Mine is a little lighter in color than the one in the picture, which is perfect for our space.

    It was very simple to put together. Well, it would have been if the cats weren’t trying to get in and play before it was all set up. Now, my two adult cats are fighting over who gets to sit on top, while the kitten runs in and out and up and down, attacking the little mice. The two extra toys and catnip were a great bonus.

    Also, this has solved the furniture clawing problem we have. My cats would much rather sharpen their claws on this than our couch.

    I would recommend this to any cat owner. No need to spend tons of extra money at the pet store.
