This litter box works perfect, I don’t use the included door though. It is a weird off-clear/yellowish color but as long as I scoop every 2 days or so (I only have 1 cat), there is not a smell. The clips to attach the top to bottom are hard to click but why would you need to carry around a litter box anyway, my top sits securely onto the bottom anyway so there is no need to clamp it. The plastic is pretty sturdy, I have had this box for almost a year now and still like it, my cat seems to as well.
This is a very nice litter box. The only problem I had was putting it together. Now, not everyone would have this difficulty, but I have arthritis in my wrist and hands. Even with my supports on, I didn’t have the strength to insert the locks. For the average person, it probably would not be a problem.
We got this because our cats kept aiming too high on their other box, and they all seem to like this one. (As an added bonus the box this comes in makes an excellent cat toy.) We didn’t use the door that comes with it as I think that would freak one of our cats out; it seemed to stick a little so it might’ve been hard for them to move. Overall the construction is very sturdy. There’s not a whole lot more to say – it’s a litter box, it’s good!
